Felix Bill is an award winning author and creative writing teacher with experience writing across a range of mediums. His first short play premiered in March, 2024, and he has had short stories published in multiple literary magazines including The Citron Review, Cursed Morsels Press, and Powders Press. One of his short stories recently won the Love Letters to London, 2025 writing prize. His current novel-in-progress, ‘Selkie’ was longlisted for a 2024/2025 Diverse Writers/Diverse Worlds writing grant from the Speculative Literature Foundation, and recently placed ‘runner up’ in the The Freelance Writing Jobs New Directions Bursary.

Felix was also a 2024 National Parks ‘New Perspectives’ storytelling grant recipient. His storytelling project took the form of a non-fiction short story collection titled “Transing the Wild: Wilding the Trans”, which can be found here or under ‘projects’ on this website. 

He has been employed in Research and Development writing roles by both individual writers and larger companies such as New Writing North. He regularly teaches community classes on short form storytelling for Clapham Film Unit and Artswork Ltd, among others, and is available for bookings via his contacts page.
